Download both views
The PDF has one page per month and extra pages when a month has more than ten names. The .ics file has one annual all-day event per entry. It’s a one-time import, so editing this list later does not update events you already imported.

How to use it
Keep the current month visible. The months have no year, so you can hang or file the pages and reuse them. Write new names on the open lines or update the saved browser list and print a new copy.
Import once into your calendar. Import the .ics file using your calendar’s file-import option. Each birthday repeats annually as an all-day event; this tool does not send reminders or connect your accounts.
Handle leap birthdays deliberately. February 29 can stay on leap years only, or appear on February 28 or March 1 every year in the imported calendar. The printed February page keeps the original date.
