Family Game Plan audio

Your family’s day, in a conversation worth hearing.

Mara and Cal turn the day’s saved Family Game Plan into a bright, useful mini-podcast: the game, the handoff, the thing that still needs to make it into the car, and what is coming next.

  • Two warm, recurring hosts instead of a list read aloud.
  • Made only when someone in the household asks for it.
  • One shared edition the whole household can replay from its saved game plan.

From plan to play

Make one when the drive, breakfast, or morning rush calls for it.

The written Family Game Plan stays the source of truth. Audio is an optional way to hear the same useful day together.

  1. Open a saved Family Game Plan

Mavo gathers the events, coverage, travel details, and loose ends that belong in the household’s game plan.

  2. Choose Make audio

Mara and Cal write and voice one short conversation. It is usually ready in under a minute.

  3. Listen or come back later

The finished edition is kept with the household’s game plan, and replaying it never uses another edition.

Why audio

The details can travel with the family.

Hear the shape of the day

A quick back-and-forth makes the sequence of events and handoffs easier to absorb than another morning list.

Catch the small thing

The jersey, piano bag, birthday gift, or unclaimed ride gets a natural moment instead of disappearing between calendar rows.

Share one edition

The household generates it once, then anyone with Mavo access can replay the same private audio without using another edition.

Questions

How Family Game Plan audio works.

Is this replacing talking to my kids?

No. An edition is made on request, plays out loud in about a minute, and is built to start the car conversation rather than stand in for it: everyone hears the same day once, who is handling what, and what needs to be by the door. Then you talk about it.

Which memberships include Family Game Plan audio?

Plus includes 10 completed audio editions per household each month. Max includes 30. Free and Everyday families can hear the public sample before choosing a membership.

Does Mavo make one every day automatically?

No. A household member asks for audio from a saved Family Game Plan, so the household only uses an edition on mornings when audio would actually help.

How long does it take?

A new edition is usually ready in under a minute. You can leave the page while it is being made and return when it is ready.

What counts toward the monthly limit?

Only a successfully completed household edition counts. Replays do not count again, and a failed attempt does not use an edition.

Who can hear it?

The finished edition is private to the household, available to people with Mavo access, and kept with the saved game plan under Mavo’s standard history retention. The sample on this page uses fictional family details.
