Is the Free membership really free?

Yes. It’s a real membership, not a trial: no card, no clock. Upgrade only when your household wants more people, more Mavo AI, or connected calendars.

What counts as Mavo AI use?

Add from Anywhere, chatting with Mavo, and the checks it runs in the background all count. Each membership includes a weekly amount that resets automatically. The calendar, lists, groceries, and meals are never metered.

What happens if we use a week’s worth?

Mavo AI rests until the week resets; nothing else changes. Your calendar, lists, and plan keep working, and anything you sent in stays saved and ready to process.

Is there a discount code?

No. Checkout has no code box, so a code from a coupon site will never work here. What you see on this page is what checkout charges.

Can we cancel or switch memberships anytime?

Anytime, from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect at the end of the billing period. Your calendar, lists, meals, and saved plan items stay put. Free shows the latest 30 days of conversations; older conversations are hidden, not deleted because you downgraded.

Who counts toward the access limit?

Only people invited to sign in and use Mavo count. People you add just to track, assign, or include in the family plan do not need a sign-in and do not count.

Does Mavo AI act without asking?

Changes wait for your OK before they land on the plan. The only exception is checks you’ve set up yourself (like watching the forecast before a game), and Mavo never sends anything on your behalf.
