- August 13: First day of school. First student day of the 2026–27 school year; K–6 and grades 7–12 1st periods begin.
- August 13: Reporting periods begin. K–6 and grades 7–12 1st periods begin.
- September 7: Labor Day. Legal holiday; students do not attend.
- September 14: Minimum day. Students attend on a minimum-day schedule during district staff development.
- September 18: Reporting period ends. Grades 7–12 1st period ends.
- September 21: Reporting period begins. Grades 7–12 2nd period begins.
- October 12 to 13: Student non-attendance days. Students do not attend on these local student non-attendance days.
- October 19: Minimum day. Students attend on a minimum-day schedule; the calendar marks district staff development.
- October 30: Reporting periods end. K–6 1st period and grades 7–12 2nd period end.
- November 2: Reporting periods begin. K–6 2nd period and grades 7–12 3rd period begin.
- November 9: Minimum day (grades 7–12). Grades 7–12 attend on a minimum-day schedule during district staff development.
- November 11: Veterans Day. Legal holiday; students do not attend.

## 2027–28 student dates

- July 1 to 31: Summer recess. Regular school has no student attendance days in July. High school summer school ends July 15.
- July 5: Holiday. Holiday marked on the calendar.
- July 15: High school summer school ends. High school summer school ends.
- August 1 to 11: Students not in session before school opens. Regular students are not in session before school opens August 12. August 9–10 are staff-development days and August 11 is a teacher work day.
- August 12: First student day. School opens; first student day of the 2027–2028 school year.
- September 6: Holiday. Holiday; students are not in session.
- September 13: Minimum day. Minimum-day district staff-development schedule; students attend on a shortened schedule.
- September 17: Grading period ends (grades 7–12). End of the first grading period for grades 7–12.
- September 20: Grading period begins (grades 7–12). Start of the second grading period for grades 7–12.
- October 11 to 12: Local student non-attendance days. Local student non-attendance days; students are off October 11–12.

- February 25: Grading period ends (grades 7–12). End of the fourth grading period for grades 7–12.

- May 29: Holiday. Holiday; students do not attend.

- June 2: Last student day and grading periods end. Last student day; end of the third grading period for grades K–6 and sixth grading period for grades 7–12. The day is also a K–12 minimum day and middle school/high school finals are marked.
