## 2026–27 student dates

- July 3: Independence Day Observed. District holiday; students do not attend.
- August 12 to 14: K–12 Professional Development. Students do not attend for K–12 professional development.
- August 17: Teacher Work Day. Students do not attend; teacher work day.
- August 18: First Day of School. First student day of school.
- September 7: Labor Day. District holiday; students do not attend.
- October 16: Quarter 1 Ends. End of Quarter 1 for grades 7–12.
- November 6: Trimester 1 Ends. End of Trimester 1 for grades TK–6.
- November 11: Veterans Day. District holiday; students do not attend.
- November 19 to 20: Conference and Professional Development Days. Students do not attend during TK–6 parent/teacher conferences and 7–12 professional development.
- November 23 to 27: Thanksgiving Break. Students do not attend for Thanksgiving Break.
- December 2: Early Release Wednesday. All students are released two hours early; this occurs every Wednesday from December 2026 through June 2027.
- December 9: Early Release Wednesday. All students are released two hours early.
- December 16: Early Release Wednesday. All students are released two hours early.
- December 18: K–12 Minimum Day. Minimum day for K–12 students.
- December 21, 2026 to January 1, 2027: Winter Break. Students do not attend for Winter Break.
- January 6: Early Release Wednesday. All students are released two hours early.
- January 13: Early Release Wednesday. All students are released two hours early.
- January 14 to 15: Secondary Final Exams / Minimum Days. Secondary final exams; minimum days for secondary students.
- January 15: Quarter 2 and First Semester End. End of Quarter 2 and first semester for grades 7–12.
- January 18: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. District holiday; students do not attend.
- January 20: Early Release Wednesday. All students are released two hours early.
- January 27: Early Release Wednesday. All students are released two hours early.
- February 3: Early Release Wednesday. All students are released two hours early.
- February 8: Presidents Day. District holiday; students do not attend.
- February 10: Early Release Wednesday. All students are released two hours early.
